I think i'm being hunted…help?
no matter where I am or what time it is at random times I see a figure of a man in a hoodie, and as soon as i look he dissapears, it looks like he has something he needs to tell me but he always *poofs* away, I’m not the only one who has seen this my cousin had as well, and at the time we werent together. please help me? what can I do? what could this man/thing be?
Sounds like a stalker. Not a very good one: a hoodie rather stands out. Try to get a photograph of him and go to the police.

This man/thing you say is either one of 2 things… A figment of your overactive imagination, or, you have a stalker.
If it is the latter, I would advise AGAINST going and speaking to it.
